Terms & Conditions.

These terms govern your use of the Atlantis Premium Projects online store and any purchase you make. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.

Orders & pricing

All prices are shown in SAR and include 15% VAT unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing errors and decline or cancel an order before dispatch, refunding any payment in full.

Payment

Payment is taken through our approved payment providers. Your order is confirmed once payment is authorised.

Delivery

We dispatch from our Saudi Arabia workshop, typically within 45 days, with delivery across the Kingdom. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.

Returns

Made-to-order and bespoke contract items are non-returnable. Other items may be returned in original condition within 14 days. Contact us to arrange a return.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Email verification is required to activate an account.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
