The scope of work includes gypsum board partitions and decorative wall features, gypsum ceilings and decorative ceiling designs, interior painting and decorative paint finishes, flooring installation including SPC, porcelain, ceramic, parquet, or other materials as per the approved design, wall cladding including wood panels, HPL, and wallpaper, glass partitions and internal glass doors, decorative electrical works and interior lighting, concealed lighting systems, fixed joinery works such as wall units and decorative wooden elements, project management and execution supervision, as well as site cleaning and handover ready for use. This service does not include loose or movable furniture, electrical and electronic appliances, HVAC systems and central air conditioning works, fire fighting systems, fire alarm systems, CCTV systems, major plumbing works or structural modifications, interior design services or engineering drawings, or any works, materials, and services not explicitly included in the approved scope of work.
