Supply and installation of fire-rated gypsum partition systems designed for residential, office, and commercial spaces using approved materials and certified fire-resistant boards in accordance with safety standards. The service includes galvanized steel framing, fire-rated gypsum boards, thermal and acoustic insulation, joint treatment, surface preparation, and complete installation ready for final finishing. Different fire-resistance ratings and partition thicknesses are available to meet project requirements, with the option to enhance acoustic performance for improved privacy and comfort. The service excludes painting, doors, electrical and mechanical works, and any items not specifically included in the approved scope of work.
