Project Challenges

The project demanded reliable waterproof performance across 3,500 linear meters while accommodating continuous structural movement caused by thermal expansion, traffic loading, and long-term settlement. Additional challenges included varying joint widths, substrate conditions, and coordinating installation within the phased construction schedule of the Riyadh Metro project.
